VersionEclipse PPM v5
Building schedules in Eclipse PPM can be as simple as a single task line or as complex as multi-phase effort mapped out in great detail. This webinar will step through the options and suggested practices for building out your project's schedule. This session will be directed towards new and intermediate Eclipse PPM schedule builders.
Resource management can be a complex topic to take on in any PPM system. During this webinar we'll discuss the set-up requirements and use of the Eclipse PPM resource management tools to do capacity planning in your organization. This session will be directed toward intermediate and advanced Eclipse PPM users.
One of the more beneficial methods for confirming that our planning and expectations are valid on our projects, is to capture the actual effort that has been spent delivering the assigned tasks. With this information, we can begin to learn where we can improve on our planning estimations.
This session will teach you how to build, modify and apply project policies to Project Templates and Projects. This topic is particularly useful for Eclipse PPM Administrators and PMs who need or would like to modify their Security settings on a project.
